CQC AUDIT RATING IMPROVEMENT SOLUTION.
We also provide a specialist CQC audit rating systems improvement solution.

For those clients who have undergone a CQC audit and received a rating of ‘requires improvement’ or ‘Inadequate’, our specialist consultants which includes former CQC auditing specialists will undertake a detailed assessment of the CQC report and provide the necessary documentation, guidance and recommendations to align clients to CQC standards and mitigation representation which will be required in ITT and PQQ tender applications.

Mitigation in ITT and PQQ tender contract representation is essential if you have a CQC rating of ‘requires improvement’ or ‘Inadequate’, as most tendering authorities will consider the application as a fail, without further consideration.

Mitigation against CQC imposition of ‘requires improvement’ or ‘Inadequate’ ratings is essential, as such rating can result in the provider being placed in special measures, which means that CQC can prevent the provider from operating its service. This may lead to cancelling their registration or to varying the terms of their registration if they do not improve.
